Delivery

 

At Glen Forge, we aim to get your order to you quickly, securely and in perfect condition.

 

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Once your order has left us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

 

UK Delivery

Orders placed after 1pm or during weekends and UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by events beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather or peak seasonal demand.

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Glen Forge cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

 

International Delivery

 

We currently deliver to the USA, Canada, Europe, Dubai and China.

 

International delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply outside the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
